| Return Policy:
You may return all unopened items purchased at MarryMeMarinara.com Online Store within 3 days of the original delivery date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Breakage:
If despite our best efforts you receive a broken item, please email within 48 hours of receipt to report and describe the damage, so that we may file a claim with the carrier and either ship a replacement to you or issue a refund. Please do not throw out the shipping box and materials as the carrier may need to inspect them. As soon as the carrier informs us that inspection is unnecessary (usually within 24 to 48 hours of starting a claim), we will notify you so that you may discard the materials. |
